What Clients Say
In Criminal Cases, There Is No Substitute For Experience
In Texas, there are no “minor” criminal cases. The state’s law enforcement officials and prosecutors routinely seek out harsh penalties for misdemeanor and felony offenses. For individuals facing federal charges, the consequences can be even more severe. If an arrest or indictment jeopardizes your freedom, future and reputation, you do not want to take the criminal system on by yourself.
The lawyers at Daniel & Halstead have the insight and understanding needed to combat allegations or charges – and win. Attorneys Doug Daniel and Woody Halstead share over 65 combined years of criminal defense experience that they are ready to use for your benefit. Pillars of the legal community, they have earned the respect of clients, fellow lawyers, judges and prosecutors alike for their knowledge, work ethic and ability to navigate federal and state proceedings.
There simply is no substitute for experience, whether you are staring down your first offense or already have a criminal record. You owe it to yourself to contact the firm today.
